This is one of the best gems among restaurants I have ever eating in. The food is extraordinary good, comparable to Michelin star restaurant. I bet they will get one soon. The staff was very welcoming, and one of them (Dimitri) introduced us all the dishes we had very accurately, as well as the drinks we tasted. We had a 5 servings menu, portions are enough even when very hungry and I must say that quality-price ratio is quite good! Location is very nice as well, with a stunning lake view. I would gladly come back in other occasions.

The food was amazing and the best was the recommendations the owner gave to us about the food. We did the surprise menu. I think it’s more beautiful to go by day so you can enjoy the views.

Stunning location facing the lake for gourmet dishes in Anguillara Sabazia. A work dinner that has satisfied all the diners. Modern location with breathtaking views of Lake Bracciano and, accommodated under the gazebo Mise En Place is cured, with fabric tablecloth and glasses suitable for wine served (we chose a high prosecco Brut "Bareta" 11.5% merotto). The service is fast and punctual. As an appetizer we chose "pastellated pumpkin flowers with mortadella, ricotta of sheep and red shrimp of the raw Mediterranean" and a "smoked tuna with mayonnaise with basil, frisella crumbled, stracciatella, talli d 'Garlic and tomatoes Marinda". Jump the first to pretend to be a diet, for a good and abundant "frying of Totans and Mediterranean shrimps". Under dessert a delightful delightful of "charm, ricotta and tart". We could not stop, so we decided to end with a "bitter of the boss" and coffee. Account? 160 €. Good proposal! Scored on the map to return! Beautiful experience! The restaurant also has a mascot: the Mizzy cat! Tender and adorable!

Walked in, alone, just after opening. Despite arriving without a reservation, was greeted warmly and was sat with a fantastic view of Lake bracciano. The staff were superbly accomodating of my very poor italian, and allowed me to ask them multiple questions between options on their menu. They recommended the linguine with the fish of the day, and provided a wine recommendation that worked wonderfully together. For dessert, I was recommended their fruit tart with white chocalate ganache. By far one of the best desserts I've had during my time in italy. As mentioned above, their service was superb. Behind me was seated a group of somewhat loud individuals, and while I didn't mind them at all, the way they were treating the staff seemed extremely rude. Despite this, the staff never showed any signs of being unsettled or annoyed. I rarely say this for any restaurant outside of my town of residence, but I would easily take a trip to the town of Anguillara for the sole purpose of dining at Chalet Del Lago again.

Spontaneous lunch here after a morning at the lake. It looked fancy so we were nervous about being in lake attire. We were welcomed though and seated inside (if you want to sit outside, reserve a table). Our goal was a quick pasta. A nice, appropriate menu plus an outside menu with in season plates. I love it! We ordered pasta. It was perfect. Cooked, flavored, and served beautifully. We also tried the sangria which was amazing, and potato starter. We enjoyed everything. The restaurant is clean and lovely with a great view. The staff was friendly; the owner was active and made a point to chat with every table. We did pay a hefty €80 for lunch but we agreed, it was worth it. We will definitely eat here again and recommend to others.

We had Easter lunch at this spot and the location is simply stunning, right on the lake with an amazing view. Parking was easy even on a crowded day. The fixed menu offered good food, though portions were a bit small and a few dishes weren't my preference. While the waiters were professional, service was quite slow for a set menu, taking over two hours. The noise was high, but that's understandable for a holiday crowd and not the restaurant's fault.
